Phd thesis

My Ph.D. research project aims to conduct a single-blind randomized study to assess the efficacy of Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) in treating anxiety and depression symptoms in adult patients with psoriasis or atopic dermatitis. The study will also investigate whether internet-delivered CBT (iCBT) is non-inferior to face-to-face CBT and explore the identification of potential biomarkers and personal variables as predictors of CBT outcomes.
