Phd thesis

Is there an elixir of well-being? The brain believes it is coffee.

The PhD project focuses on studying the impact of coffee consumption on young people.

Aim: to investigate the role of beliefs related to coffee intake, in modulating the level of cognitive well-being both subjectively perceived and measured through psycho- and electrophysiological techniques, in stressogenic tasks will be studied.
Expected results: cognitive stress management is better following coffee intake compared with other beverages. In addition, we expect that the participant's belief about the beverage consumed also plays a role in modulating cognitive stress management.
